Please read the below guidelines and agree to join the convinced program with Easy Courses. Setting the right expectations and Terms of Service will ensure a smooth and happy learning experience for you.
- Clearly understand the course objectives before joining a course with Easy Courses. We have trained the customer service executives to set clear expectations to every customer. You are free to contact the management to clarify anything in addition to this before enrolling for a course with us.
- The direct training branch of Easy Courses is located on 3rd Floor, Durganjali Building, Near Paramekkavu Temple, Thrissur – 680001. We do not have any other branches in Kerala.
- Customers taking course admission will receive an automated email from Easy Courses to their personal email ID and the complete course fee needs to be paid only after that.
- Customer should validate their contact details in the procedure numbered 3 by clicking the link sent through the email ID.
- Customers should ensure that they are receiving a receipt through email in the format given with student ID. As it’s a computer-generated receipt, you need to read through the Terms and Conditions of the course and revert to the management in writing (hello@easycourses.in) within 24 hours in case of any clarification or disagreement.
- Customer having a valid student ID and a receipt of the course fee payment which is automatically generated from Easy Courses portal, will only be eligible for any services from Easy Courses.
- Customers who have paid money and are not allotted with a training schedule should write to hello@easycourses.in / support@easycourses.in within 10 days from the date of payment in case of any concern.

- You are requested to write to the above contact details in case of any clarification with respect to service commitments before taking admissions. Please note that Easy Courses and its management will not be able to Change/Modify the service or return the course fee on a later stage of servicein case there is a mismatchof expectation.
- You are requested to keep the auto-generated receipt safe for any further service-related clarifications.
- The customer should maintain the dignity, discipline and decorum of Easy Courses office and training centre premises.
- Course/Internship fee once paid cannot be refunded. However, the fee could be transferred for another course or another person for learning a course with Easy Courses if the training has not commenced for the initially enrolled customer.
- Refund policy: Customer needs to be sure about the course, its objectives, training methodology, delivery standards and deliverablesof the course. They also need to have a planning about the duration and future plans while enrolling a course. Easy Courses will make the training arrangements for the course once the customer has enrolled and it involves cost. Therefore, refunding the course fee after enrolling for a course is not possible under any circumstances.
- By agreeing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not engage in any form of misbehaviour, harassment, physical abuse, or harm towards any of our employees or representatives during the provision of services. Any such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and may result in legal action being taken against you.
- Force Majeure: Easy Courses accepts no liability for delay or non-fulfilment of any term of the contract caused by force majeure or by any industrial dispute, default by any sub-contractor, strike, accident, fire scarcity of material or labour, flood, riot, pandemic, terrorism or any cause not directly within its control.
- During the course, the student should strictly adhere to the batch / schedule timings specified by Easy Courses. All breaks must be pre-approved in writing and not exceeding 15 days. For any customer who does not come for class for more than 7 days without notice, the course automatically stands cancelled.
- The Courses, Syllabus, Certification polices are subject to change based on various external factors. Any such changes which are not within the control of Easy Courses will be shared with you and you are expected to agree for the alternate options available at that point of time.
- The customer is expected to complete the course within the stipulated duration or 6 months from the date of joining which ever later. The registration shall not be valid after the above-mentioned period. The centre head and the student must have mutual agreement for any breaks during the course keeping the above point in mind.
